“I am taking this time to thank your company for its outstanding service! I recently ordered a pair of steel toe shoes for my husband for work. I ordered the wrong size and sent those back to get the correct ones. But when UPS delivered the correct size they stated they left them on our front porch only for me to find either they did not or someone took it upon themselves to take my husband's shoes. We didn't get them. I was so upset, the shoes where not cheap and we had waited so long due to the size mistake (on our part).
