It's no coincidence these boots feel like they're made especially for your feet. You see, the sole construction features a Goodyear Welt. This accounts for why they're so darn comfortable. The welt is stitched to the boot upper, insole and lining in a single process. The outsole is then stitched to the bottom of the welt. The hollow space created by the inseam between the inner and outer sole is filled with a flexible compound that actually molds to the shape of your feet. All this also makes the soles repairable.
You're not afraid of heights, but when you're going up and down ladders, it's good to know you've got 90-degree heels for added grip. Added features include a steel toe with impact resistance up to 2500 pounds; and the soles are oil and slip-resistant. These boots feature non-conductive electrical shock resistant soles and heels.
