Ariat 10010140 Men's Composite Toe 8-Inch Aged Bark Brown Boots will give you both, and it's all wrapped in a stylish design.
The 8-inch uppers are made with Aged Bark leather, a light brown shade. The premium full-grain leather is non-processed, so you can enjoy all the natural flexibility and durability of the tough material. The collars are padded lightly with shock-absorbent polyurethane to provide cushioning comfort.
What else do feet need to be comfortable? They need to be dry. That's why the inside of each Ariat boot is lined with airy mesh material that keeps skin breathable, promoting air flow so you stay dry.
Every step you take will be softened by the PVC outsoles used on these men's composite toe boots. Attached to the uppers with Goodyear welt stitching, the soles are firm and durable. PVC, polyvinyl chloride, is a plastic-like material that absorbs impact and withstands wear. The oil-resistant tread is non-marking and made with a non-tracking tread design. Slip-resistance keeps your footing firm on slick, wet and icy floors. The 90-degree heels give you grip on ladder rungs for additional safety.
The soles are also rated for electrical hazards, and made to absorb electricity so you stay safer. The composite toes are ASTM F2413-11 MI/75 C/75 rated for impact-resistance to protect your feet from danger. I have no idea how you and Danner pulled it off, but the box had stamped right on it, "MUST SHIP TODAY." I laced them up and I couldn't be more excited. Now, my hunting trip will work out. If your job is anything like mine, I'm sure you get tons of emails and try not to read more than you have to, but I would like to take a second and tell you what happened. I fell in love with Danner boots about seven years ago and have been attached to my Danner Canadians ever since. They're waterproof, warm, comfortable, and more than anything, indestructible. I had to move this summer with my job. I thought until this week that I knew exactly where my boots were, but when I started preparing for my trip I found out that they weren't where I thought. I searched high and low, but no boots. So, I decided that if I had to buy new boots, I was going to upgrade to the Trophy. I tried at LEAST 20 places before I spoke to you (the nature of the Internet), and no one had them, nor could they guarantee me that I would have them by the end of the week. I work for the second largest retailer in the US and I hope day in and day out that my folks take care of customers the way you took care of me. You didn't even know this story, but you went way beyond "website service" and made sure I had solutions. I was stressing to say the least, and I admit that I was concerned that you were making me a promise that you really couldn't control. Since you didn't have them in stock, Danner was on the hook and you were several states away. In the end, your promise of Friday delivery was exceeded by two days and, by my reckoning, from the time I spoke with you I received my boots from Portland to Charlotte in roughly 20 hours. That's CRAZY customer service. If you give me the email address of your boss, I would be happy to send this to him or her on your behalf. Otherwise, please have a great weekend.
