There are many applications for this handy tool, from lock removal to clearing an entryway. Whatever you use it for, your tomahawk is sure to strike against something hard, and it had better hold up. This one will: It's made by Benchmade, so you know it's high quality. The blade is made from 1095 carbon blade steel, and has a hardness of 57-60HRC. It features an apple seed mill bevel (blade sides are continuously curved in to the edge) for longer life. The head length is 7.50 inches, and the spike is 3.5 inches long. The full-tang handle has a G10 scale with a textured grip so you won't lose control of it. It also features a wedged end, which is useful for prying when called for. ask yourself something...
Have you EVER encountered a situation where, "Man! I could really use a tomahawk right about now. 'Twould get me out of this right jam I've affixed myself in." didn't immediately cross your mind? THOUGHT NOT. Tomahawks are dang useful, guy, and don't try to pretend otherwise. so versatile, small enough to fit in your belt loop without being TOO auspicious.The only place I recommend not going with this little guy at your hip is to the hospital. They get real uneasy around sharp objects, for some reason.
