This Benchmade Heckler & Koch 14440 SB Ally Knife is sort of like the sports car of the utility knife world. It's got all the function you need...but man, how badass does it look, too?
This Benchmade Heckler & Koch 14440 SB Ally Knife has a black handle, a black blade and a lightweight, modern design. The one-piece handle assembly is made with 420J stainless steel, one of the hardest stainless steels produced. The black blade is made with tough AUS8 stainless steel. When fully extended, the entire knife measures 6.87 inches, the blade 2.8 inches. The combo edge blade is made to take on a variety of cutting tasks.
Close this knife to a tidy 4.1 inches, then use the ambidextrous thumb-hole opener to use the blade with either hand. The steel carry clip is removable, so you can take it on and off at will. A glass breaker on the handle turns this knife into a multi-tool. It doesn't hurt to have a few bells and whistles. The Benchmade Heckler & Koch 14440 SB Ally Knife doesn't have heated seats...but it's still a really cool pocket knife.
