Benchmade Knives: USA-Made Tanto Blade Folding Work Knife 760 BK
The Benchmade 760 BK Plain Edge LFTi Made in the USA Knife is big enough to help you skin a buck in the field, but small enough for you to fold up and carry on the job site. Whether you're backpacking and adventuring or just cutting through plastic wrapping, you need a knife that's sturdy and easy to use. It certainly doesn't hurt if it looks sort of big and bad, too.
The black bade is four inches long, made of CPM-M4 tool steel. The material has a hardness of 60-62 HRC, which means it will hold an edge well, yet won't be too brittle if you find the need to re-sharpen. The blade thickness of .15 inches gives you a thin, precise cutting edge. Created with a smooth, Tanto blade style, this tool is well-suited to many cutting tasks.
The gray handle is made with a smooth, sandblasted finish. Made with a thickness of .45 inches, the handle is easy to hold so this tool is very easy to use. A titanium monolock mechanism securely holds the knife in place. Use the thumb-stud opener to quickly lock the blade in place.
Overall, this Benchmade 760BK Plain Edge LFTi Made in the USA Knife is nine inches long when fully extended, five inches when folded into a closed position. Weighing only 5 ounce, this knife is made with a tip-down carry clip so you can wear it as easily as you use it.
