This triple utility tool includes a knife, safety hook and glass breaker. The sharp (3.50-inch) highly corrosion-resistant blade is made of N680 stainless steel. It’s great for chipping, sawing, or prying. The knife's 0.000-inch thick blade has a hardness of 57-59 on the HRC scale, meaning it will hold its edge well (even with frequent use).
Besides the knife, the Benchmade Triage folding knife includes a hook-shaped safety cutter made from 440C steel for cutting away seat belts and ropes. The safety cutter has a hardness of 58-60HRC. In addition, there’s a sturdy carbide glass breaker. In the event of an emergency, you can quickly break the glass on your car windows.
The textured G10 handle comes in bright orange this American made knife fits comfortable in the hand. Inside, the 420J full stainless-steel liners add additional sturdiness to the knife's construction. Easy to operate, this Benchmade folding knife features an ambidextrous thumb-stud opener for easy opening and closing. An AXIS-locking mechanism holds the blade securely in place. The knife comes complete with a reversible, tip-up deep pocket clip so you can have the emergency tool on hand at all times.
