But you still need comfort, softness, a little tender care. Blundstone 792 Men's Steel Toe Brown Hiker Boots are definitely made for harsh days in the woods (or wherever), but they're soft and comforting, too.
The low-cut, athletic style is made with fawn brown Nubuck leather. Nubuck has the touchable texture of suede, the strength and durability of full-grain. Fabric panels add heat-releasing ventilation. Yellow and black accents add color. Molded rubber toe guards protect the leather against scuffing.
The padded collar and tongue create a soft, cushioning fit. Just close feet inside with the reinforced eyelet design. A comfort arch and full-length footbed cushion steps. Made with shock-resistant polyurethane, the footbeds also have contouring Poron cushioning. The midsoles are made with lightweight EVA foam that's resistant to oil, acid and organic fat.
The XRD rubber outsoles both cushion and support. Resistant to microbial attack, the soles protect you from invisible dangers. They’re cut- and slip-resistant, staying durable and keeping you steady on slick floors. The soles are compliant with EN 13287/04 standards of slip-resistance. The tough rubber is even heat-resistant to 140 degrees C.
These shoes have been approved for electrical hazard resistance, meeting ASTM F2413-05 safety standards. The soles will absorb dangerous electricity, and you won’t. But they’re also resistant to electrical shock hazards, so any open circuits won't be as dangerous to you.
Ergonomically engineered toe springs and broad-fitting steel toe caps provide safety without compromising comfort. Blundstone 792 Men's Steel Toe Brown Hiker Boots are certified to meet AS/NZS 2210.3.2009 standards. You may be tough, but you need comfort too.
