I called into your call center today and had the pleasure of speaking with Teresa. My order had been delayed by the manufacturer. I received a prompt e-mail from your company notifying me of the delay and giving me options. I initially just said okay, I will wait for the boots. Then I thought about calling in to see what my options could be. That is when I reached Teresa. She was very friendly on the phone and quick to assist. She helped me identify what boots would work for me and gave me options to get the boots faster than I thought. She even saved me a little money on comparable boots. This was my fist purchase with your company although I will have to say I am going to start promoting your company to my family and friends. It is hard to find a company which will beat everyone's prices and still be concerned about customer service. You have a great combination there and I wanted to make sure you knew it was appreciated.
