When calling your customer service I have spoken to the nicest, most professional people that I have spoken to in a long tiime. In November, I dealt with both Amazon and Wal-Mart and it was a disaster. How refreshing that today's experience was as great as it was. Your customer services reps undoubtedly get five stars.
