I received your email today regarding my jacket that was supposed to be on backorder but you ended up finding one on hand. Thank you for keeping me up to date on the situation and thank you for taking the time and effort to have your inventory checked physically. Obviously the comments I saw from customers on your website regarding the high level of customer service were no joke. Customer service at this point is almost a thing of the past. I have worked in sales for several years and I still work with people on a daily basis, it can often be a thankless job and usually you only get to hear from the people with gripes and complaints. Well I just wanted to say thank you for your efforts. I will be a repeat customer and I will recommend your store to others, as your prices and service are top notch!
