I wanted to let you know that I am infinitely impressed that not only did you answer my question about the wallet, free shipping and the gift certificate right away, you gave me all three things, too! And had I known the free shipping was only for the street address shipping, it would have been OK, too. I surely didn't expect you to refund all the shipping like that! I just wanted to thank you and tell you how impressed I am with your store and your people who work there. I have ordered from y'all before, and was especially impressed when you had a really skinny tall size of women's Carhart work pants for my friend who works remotely for Fish and Game here in Alaska. Nobody had her size but y'all! And I remember they were only $40!!! I will start buying from y'all more now, and look for your sales instead of getting stuff from Cabela's. Your prices are way better, and you treat people like they are valued customers. Again, thank you so much. I am excited to get our jackets. Can't wait!
