Revco specializes in clothing engineered for welders and industrial workers, the hottest jobs around. Revco brands offered on our site include Black Stallion, Tool Handz, Migster and Hybrid. Choose from fabric or leather gloves, jackets, aprons, hats, even shoe covers. Many of the flame-resistant items are available in high-visibility colors. Cotton fabrics used are Indura, Proban FR-7A and Banox. Indura and Banox are 100% cotton and are treated to be flame-resistant for the life of the fabric. DuPont’s Nomex is made from aramid fibers, the material used in body armor, a flame-resistant synthetic fiber. Revco engineers have tested different types of leather and determined the best kind for fire-retardant apparel. Each type of leather – elk skin, deerskin, cowhide, goatskin, pigskin and kidskin – gives you the right protection for your work. Revco gloves have welted seams, seamless index fingers, a pre-curved fit and, of course, Kevlar stitching to keep you safe. Welding apparel presents special challenges because it’s made of thicker-than-average fabrics, but facets like satin-lined shoulders and gusseted underarms make Revco apparel easier to move in on the work site.
