I want to express my praise and appreciation for the people in your organization that provided me with exceptional service today. First is a young lady in your Customer Service Dept. She is a very strong asset to your company as she is the first impression of the company for a customer. She did an excellent job in answering my concerns and helping me figure out the best way to handle the problem. Second, but not least, is another young lady in your return goods department. She is a breath of fresh air for a customer to deal with. She is heading up things so I get my replacement coat in time for my trip. In closing I want tell you that it's very refreshing to know that there are still companies out there that have a sense of pride in what they do, how they treat their customers and are willing to provide "real" customer service. You make me proud to be a Hoosier. Please be sure and pass this along to both ladies for me and give them a raise, they deserve it!
