I recently purchased a pair of boots form your web site, I had been told by a friend that the boot size for Milwaukee boots ran the same as Harley boots. The boots I ordered were the wrong size for me and when I called to check on my order I was told the boots were on back order. When I finally received them they were too big. To make a long story short I was handed over to Marcy and she turned an average at best transaction into a phenomenal testament to customer satisfaction.
