I just wanted to drop a line to say thank you for the excellent customer service. I was in a difficult situation and needed to order a pair of size 15 duty boots as quickly as possible and one of your representatives personally checked the inventory and called me back telling me I was out of luck. Although I did not get to purchase the boots, the next time I do need anything, rest assure it will be with your company. I wish more companies had people who are willing to go above and beyond for their customers.
