Ah! Thank you very much for the explanation. Now that you mention it, I do remember your excellent customer service rep explaining that to me. Unfortunately, it had been long enough between that phone conversation and the email confirming the refund that I had a Senior Moment and forgot the details. I do specifically want to commend you folks' customer service. I have worked in customer service myself since 1974 and recognize the outstanding ones when I see them.
