The outer shell of this brown Bulwark Hood is made from Bulwark's EXCEL FR ComforTouch flame-resistant fabric. It's a soft and comfortable, water-resistant blend of 11.5-ounce 88% cotton duck and 12% nylon. Just like your coat, it's designed to keep you safe in those hot situations with an ARC rating of ATPV 56.6 calories/cm². The hood is insulated with flame-resistant, 12-ounce two layer quilted Modacrylic for a soft feel and durable performance. The design features a hook-and-loop closure drawstring on the front neck and Velcro for a secure fit. It's made to slip on easily over hard hats as well. This hood snaps onto Bulwark jackets JLB8 BD, JLC2 BD and CLN8 BD.
