They’re made from genuine American deerskin made in the USA. We used deerskin for these gloves because it’s hard-wearing and provides a non-slip grip. The 3-dimensional, pre-curved fingers and form-fitting design allow you the dexterity you need to handle materials safely and efficiently. These gloves are sock-lined and insulated with flame-retardant cotton fabric to give you comfort and extra protection while you work Kevlar thread stitching give the seams extra strength.

The Boar hide leather heat-shield patch offers additional protection from heat and flames. Boar hide has very tight and fine fibers, making it more puncture-, cut- and heat-resistant than cowhide of equal weight. The reinforced palm, cuff and lean-on patch supply extra shielding protection, and are also made from boar hide.
