The black and gray design is made with Caiman's Rhino-Tex synthetic leather. It's specially engineered to feel lightweight, but it's tough against tears and wear. It'll move and flex easily with your fingers, but abrasions will have a hard time causing damage to them.
There are padded G-Grip patches on the palms and finger tips to give you gripping strength. The gripping patches provide anti-slip traction so you can keep a hold on your tools -- and that's something sweaty hands can't be trusted to do.
Rubber-like neoprene (with reflective trim) was used to provide extra padding to the knuckle area and create a tough wrist cuff. Resistant to oil, heat and abrasions, neoprene cushions and molds to your hands for a safe, comfortable fit.
