Long sleeve shirts for work, especially ones that keep you well protected and comfortable, don't always have to look drab. Point and case, this Carhartt Men's 100237 261 Tan Force Flame-Resistant Moisture-Wicking Long Sleeve Henley Work Shirt. Comfort, check. Safety, check. Style, check. It has every feature you need for a comfortable and safe work day.
This Carhartt shirt is part of the new Force line. Force clothing is clothing made for hard workers and not just for athletes like other moisture-wicking clothing. This FR shirt will help wick away sweat on those days that get a little warm while you're at work. Even though this tan shirt is long sleeve, you can find solace in the fact that when it does get warm, it has you covered. Another great feature of this Force shirt is that it is odor fighting, so on those sweaty days you will have no worries about being smelly because there is nothing worse than being known as the "stinky guy" at work. Nobody wants that!
Sometimes your job can get a little dangerous with sparks flying from machinery, or perhaps your a Fireman and deal with flames on a day to day basis. If you wear this moisture-wicking shirt, those things will no longer be of your concern. This odor-fighting shirt meets the performance requirements of NFPA 70E and is UL® Classified to NFPA 2112. That means that this Carhartt shirt has been tested time and again to make sure that it meets all requirements for flame-resistant clothing.
Force clothing is the next big thing from Carhartt and this flame-resistant shirt is not just safe, but it is stylish and comfortable as well. Made from 100% cotton, it is soft against your skin. This Henley shirt has a three button collar and ribbed cuffs to keep your sleeves in place. While you are working you probably bend, reach, twist, among many other things. This Force shirt has side-seamed construction, so while you are doing all of those things it will stay put. No more having to stop working so you can straighten your clothing.
There is a left chest pocket on this men's shirt that not only can you keep your pens, ruler, or whatever else you need to have on your person, but it also has labels with Carhartt FR and HRC 2, so everyone will know that you are flame-resistance compliant. It doesn't hurt to flash around the Carhartt name either.
If you need a new work clothing with long sleeves give this Carhartt Men's 100237 261 Tan Force Flame-Resistant Odor Fighting Long Sleeve Henley Work Shirt a shot. You will stay safe, comfortable, and looking good!

When I have to wear FR clothes this is my first choice for the shirt. More comfortable than the full button down FR shirts with collars. HR2 good to go. I am ordering more in the various colors. If you have to wear FR clothes, this is a comfortable shirt.

Does not hold up...
I will start by saying for an HRC 2 shirt it is the lightest I have worn. It is very comfortable and can be worn on the hottest days in South Florida. Now for the down falls. I received these shirts in November and it is May and they falling apart. I have small holes in the arms and in the bottom front of the shirt. I wear these shirts daily and I have 8 shirts in total. Some of them blue, some gray, and some tan and all of them are Carhartt Force. They all have the same problem with holes showing up in the arms and lower torso. These are all mostly washed weekly and are all less them 8 months old. I expected more out of a Carhartt brand item. I love there HRC2 dungaree jeans but I will never by another shirt like this again from them.
