Carhartt's Evergreen Waterproof Coat is built for tall men and those who want a little more coverage. The length is longer and comes to the top of the thigh.
The shell, made of durable nylon is treated with a water-repellent finish. Rain and snow will slide right off of your Carhartt Coat before it has the chance to soak in. 100% nylon taffeta lining in the sleeves and hood provides softness and warmth against your skin. To keep cold air from creeping up the waist opening, there's a draw cord located below the waistline that you can snug up easily.
A heavy-duty, two-way zipper with a flat-lying storm flap keeps wind and water from flying through your coat in the front. A snap-on, contoured, three-piece hood is a great feature. It's removable, so you can only use it when you need it. Also, the hood has an adjustable draw cord so you can pull it tight around your face for warmth. Two hook-and-loop closure pockets on the front of the coat provide a handy storage place.
