Carhartt CMW1629 Black Men's Waterproof Safety Toe Insulated Mining Boots are made to protect your feet from all the stuff you've got to put them through during a day of work.
These 10-inch met-guard mining boots are crafted from oil-tanned leather that's resistant to wind, wear and weather. The leather is flexible around your feet, strong enough to bend but not break. Black abrasion-resistant leather was used on the toe guards of these Carhartt boots to prevent scuffs and marks.
The waterproof mining boots have a waterproof membrane that surround the inside of each boot to block moisture and keep your skin dry. 400 gram LiteFire insulation in the insulated Carhartt boots surrounds your steps in warmth. Meanwhile, the contouring OrthoLte insoles bend and conform to your feet to deliver comfort.
Shock-resistant polyurethane in the midsole layer to puts a spring in your steps - literally. The lightweight PU helps you bounce back from impact. Shock-resistant rubber soles on these Carhartt boots create a firm foundation for those steps, with molded TPU counters to add stability. Lightweight, plastic-like thermo polyurethane absorbs impact.
The steel toes and internal flex metatarsal guards protect the tops of your feet from impact when you wear these steel toe mining boots. The puncture-resistant soles are rated for electrical hazard protection, so they'll keep you safer, too. They soak up dangerous electricity, because open circuits can't always be avoided.
