Carhartt Gloves: Men's Leather/Cotton Duck Work Gloves A518 BRN
Carhartt A518 BRN Brown Grain Leather Work Gloves aren't made with one kind of leather, they're made with three kinds of leather. You get the best qualities of all three, and all the advantages of Carhartt's careful construction techniques. If you've got to wear gloves to protect your hands, why not choose the best?
Your hands definitely deserve the best, and that was Carhartt's philosophy when they designed these tough, comfortable gloves. They're the same brown shade all over, but don't be deceived -- four distinct materials when into creating these babies.
The base was designed with 100% soft cotton duck fabric. The natural cotton breathes against the skin, delivering itch-free comfort. Cotton duck is softer and stronger than ordinary cotton, and repellent to water and wind. Full-grain leather on the palms delivers tough, gripping strength. Full-grain leather's natural flexibility keeps your hands mobile, making it easy for you to handle tools.
Soft, fuzzy suede has also been added to the palm, and extra patches have been placed on the thumbs. The soft suede improves the gripping design, preventing dangerous slips when you're working with your hands. Tough cowhide across the knuckles guards you against abrasions and impact.
The roomy safety cuffs and side vents make it easy to pull these gloves on and off. A Carhartt logo across the back of each glove completes the simple, work-tough design. Carhartt A518 BRN Brown Grain Leather Work Gloves didn’t want to settle on just one type of leather, and you shouldn’t settle on lesser gloves.

The stitching on the gloves (or at least, on mine) isn't the best, and has started to show signs of wear after two months of use. Other than that, these have held up really well for me. Unsure if the stiching will be an issue.
