Weather would be fine...if it would just stay the same way all day long. But weather changes, and that forces you to adapt. Since you can't go home and change every time the weather does, try this Carhartt 100614 472 Navy Blue Paxton Heavyweight Water-Repellent Hooded Zip Men's Sweatshirt. It's made for layering and perfect for allowing you to adapt.
This Carhartt sweatshirt is made with a combination of materials to create a garment that's durable and easy to wear. The 13 ounce material is 80% soft, natural cotton and 20% wrinkle-resistant polyester. Quick-drying, durable polyester keeps the design durable.
The Rain Defender finish of this navy blue sweatshirt keeps the material water-repellent, so you're ready to take on the weather. Use the antique brass front zipper, which goes from hem to collar, to close yourself inside. And when you're wearing too much, just unzip to take your extra layer off.
Pull up the three-piece hood to protect yourself from weather when you wear this water-repellent sweatshirt. It's jersey-lined for strength and extra insulation. The draw cord keeps the hood adjustable. Spandex in the cuffs and waistband keep the fit here stretchy and comfortable.
Two front hand warmer pockets give you a place to put your hands inside of this men's sweatshirt. The right security pocket, sized for a cell phone, gives you a place to store your stuff. A Carhartt logo on the left pocket adds one final detail.
Are you ready for weather changes? Put on this Carhartt 100614 472 Navy Blue Paxton Heavyweight Water-Repellent Hooded Zip Men's Sweatshirt and you will be.

Great Carhart Quality...
I got this a while back and love it. i work out side most of the time, in every season in northern IND, so we get a lot of lake effect snow. It keeps me very warm and dry. I usually stay pretty warm when I am working, so it is too hot for me to wear much in fall and spring, but it's great for winter, and it goes with my uniforms good too. It is pretty sturdy. has an industrial zipper too.

It's very heavy and well made. Great for N.H. winters. My grandsons only want to wear Carhartt sweatshirts and work pants. They wear very well. One guy does heavy duty construction and nothing else holds up.

I learned long ago to only buy Carhartt. Once again Carhartt met my high expectations and then some. I work outside, today is 9 degrees with a 20 mph north wind. It's Nebraska so the moisture in the air bites down to the bone. This sweatshirt blocks wind effectively and is heavy enough that most days I don't need a heavy coat if I have a few layers underneath. Cannot say enough about this sweatshirt.
Why Choose Working Person? Let Our Customers Explain!
I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the products and service I received from your company.
I had a short notice request to travel from New Orleans to the Northwest Territories in Canada to inspect an offshore facility out on the sea ice north of the arctic circle. You can't get clothes suitable for that area in New Orleans at any time, and certainly not in April. I called your order line on a Saturday, and your ordering department spent quite a bit of time with me making recommendations and checking to see if the gear was in stock. He made sure that the order was packed for a Monday overnight shipment and I had my clothing by Tuesday afternoon. I left New Orleans on Wednesday morning.
This was a very important project for our company and I want to thank you for your service. I also want to tell you that the great representative you had for your company. I've passed on your name to our organization for other folks that might have to make a trip up North.
Here are a couple of pictures of me in Canada out on the offshore ice. It was -22 C (-8 F) with a pretty good wind (wind chill -32 C / -26 F). The clothes I got from you all kept me warm throughout the 7 hours I spent outside doing my inspection. In fact, as you can see, I didn't even need to zip my jacket. It was a sunny day, which helped.
Finally, the gloves you see in the pictures are not the ones I ordered from you. Your gloves were fine, and I used them when I wasn't physically working, but the work I was doing required a leather glove for hand protection. I procured a pair of thinsulate leather work gloves in Inuvik that worked great and were a good balance between insulation, protection, and manual dexterity. I don't have them at work with me, but if you are interested I can look at the tag and send the brand information on to you.
