Welt construction securely attaches the dual-density rubber outsoles to the uppers, creating a flexible bond between the leather and the soles. This construction method also delivers a repairable sole so they can be worn for years. Lightweight and comfortable, the soles include a rubber insert for slip-resistance and longer wear. Slip-resistance ensures a strong grip even on unsafe surfaces. In addition the soles are oil-, chemical-, and abrasion-resistant.
