Carhartt Vests: Men's Navy Blue Flame Resistant 101029 410 Lined Vest
You wouldn’t buy a coat without sleeves, right? Well, we think you might! Vests are often worn in place of traditional outerwear and are known for their warmth and mobility. It’s no different with this Carhartt Men’s Dark Navy 101029 410 Flame-Resistant Lined Vest.
This Carhartt vest is made from 8.5 ounce dark navy flame-resistant canvas that is a combination of 88% cotton and 12% flame-resistant nylon. This material makes this FR vest lightweight and breathable, while remaining extra tough and durable. The sherpa lining is nice-looking and warm, but also flame-resistant to keep you safe. It meets the performance requirements of NFPA 70E and NFPA 2112 standards.
The mock neck of this men's vest is stylish and protective and can be worn zipped up or down. With two large front pockets and two inside pockets, it offers ample storage. On the front left pocket, you’ll find the Carhartt FR label and the HRC 4 label displayed. This lets everyone else know that your work vest is flame-resistant.
No sleeves? No problem! Keeping your core insulated is essential when trying to stay warm because the core sends blood to the head, arms, and legs. So the best way to prevent cold hands and feet is to keep your middle warm with a Carhartt Men’s Dark Navy 101029 410 Flame-Resistant Lined Vest.

It's nice to find a good FR vest. I'm not always outside for my work, instead I'll be back and fourth between inside and outside so having a vest helps. It's also nice to be able to drive with a vest instead of a bulky winter cost.
Overall, good Carhartt quality with the added comfortablility of Sherpa lining.

Comfortable with the extra warmth I needed...

This is a very comfortable product with ths FR rating I need at the refinery. When its extra cold you can flip up the collar and cover the front and back of your neck. The sherpa lining is soft and adds to the comfort.
