This orange Surrey rain coat is made of .50 mm polyester-backed PVC fabric. Polyvinyl chloride is lightweight, plastic-like material that resists wind and rain. Quick-drying, durable polyester on the backside of the material helps create a comfortable fit.
The seams are electronically welded on this rain gear, so there won't even be the smallest chink for rain to enter. The main seams have been sewn for added durability. A double-front storm placket keeps you securely inside your Carhartt coat. Made with inside and outside protective flaps, the front placket is double-reinforced against wet weather. Even the elbows are reinforced on this Surrey rain coat, because every little detail is important when you're fighting the outdoors.
The inner sleeve cuffs of this wet weather coat are made with rubber-like neoprene that creates a snug fit. Adjust them with hook-and-loop closures, and block bad weather. Snap on the hood if you like, or take it right off any time.
