Carhartt CMW6170 Tan Men's 6 Inch Waterproof EH Moc Wedge Boots are made to prevent those sorts of aches and pain. They work all day long to soften your steps and cushion you against pain.
Smooth, glossy 6-inch tan brown leather was used to create the uppers of these Carhartt boots. That sheen comes from the oil-tanned treatment that's been applied to the leather. The oil does shine, but it's been added to the leather to make it more water-repellent and weather-ready. By nature, leather is naturally resistant to the elements. It stays soft and stretchy, even when it's wet. Thanks to the oil-tanning, this leather is even tougher, perfect for wedge boots.
Leather also fits and feels soft around your feet, flexing and moving with each of your steps. Padded tongues and inserts help the work boots fit softly everywhere. Contouring OrthoLite was used to create the insoles, material that moves and bends with your feet to provide constant comfort. The waterproof membranes keep everything inside the waterproof boots dry and comfortable, including your skin. They block moisture, even in the worst weather conditions, so your feet stay warmer and work-ready.
Goodyear welt construction was used to secure the soles to the uppers. Stitched welt construction is durable, and stands tough against wear and tear. The stitching keeps the dual-density rubber soles of these EH boots firmly attached. Two layers of shock-resistant rubber absorb impact to prevent aches and pains in your feet. Meanwhile, the slip-resistant tread keeps every step sure and strong, even in slick floors. The rubber is oil- and chemical-resistant, so even wearing corrosives can’t ruin the traction-friendly tread on your new Carhartt boots. The EH rating means you’ll be safer around open circuits. The soles absorb electricity, keeping you protected when you’re at work.
