Water always brings out stronger smells, and that's why Carolina CA2530 Men's Brown Steel Toe Waterproof Wellington Boots are waterproof. Your feet don't need the added problems of moisture, sweat and rain -- they've got enough to do already.
Two different kinds of leather were used to make the two-tone style. The black leather is used along the vamp, the cork harness brown leather everywhere else. In either shade, leather is pliant around your feet to move easily through every step. It's wear-resistant and tough even in bad weather conditions.
Waterproof Scubaliner material blocks moisture, keeping your feet dry in rainy, uncomfortable conditions. To help you avoid sweat, too, airy mesh fabric was used to line the interior. The mesh lining promotes cooling air flow to naturally keep skin drier.
Pillow cushion footbeds absorb shock and soften your steps. Made in an anatomical design, the footbeds have an integrated polyurethane midsole and a dual density memory foam footbeds. The contouring midsole moves with your feet, forming comfortably to every step. Shock-absorbing polyurethane takes the impact out of every step. The footbeds are also removable, making them easy to clean any time.
Non-metallic shanks keep your arches supported, preventing muscle strain that might cause heel spurs, among other problems. If you still want more cushioning and support, you've got it. The heavy-duty outsoles are abrasion-resistant, and secured with flexible welt construction that's been stitched into place.
Rated for electrical hazard safety, the soles can absorb dangerous electricity when you're in unsafe environments. The lightweight aluminum toes aren't nearly as heavy as steel, but they still meet ASTM safety standards.
