Carolina Boots: Women's Safety Toe Internal Metatarsal CA1428 EH 5 Inch Work Boots
A woman on the job faces special hardships. There's the work itself, which isn't easy, and then there're the guys. You've always got to prove you can do things just as well as they can, and that gets old. When you're dealing with that at work, you certainly don't need anything else to make your days harder. That's why you need a comfortable pair of Carolina Women's Aluminum Toe 5 Inch CA1428 Internal Metatarsal Guard Boots.
These durable women's boots have full-grain, brown leather uppers that are made to provide years of service to your feet. Leather is the premium boot-manufacturing material because it lasts. It's also resistant to oil, abrasions, and water, so it naturally protects your feet and itself.
You certainly work as hard as anyone on the job, and that takes its toll on your body. You sweat and ache at the end of the day. Inside these Carolina boots, you'll find mesh liners that add to the breathable environment, and you'll receive comfort. Dry feet are healthy feet, and these safety toe boots helps your feet stay healthy.
Standing on your feet all day is hard, and walking all day is even harder. When there's a constant carpet of cement and other rough materials under your feet, you need some cushion. These brown boots have EVA midsoles to give you a little softness while you walk. EVA is a synthetic foam material that's commonly used in work footwear to give added support and cushion. Under the midsoles are Carolina's trademarked pillow cushion insoles, which provide serious comfort for your feet.
On top of those layers of support and cushion, the slip-resistant boots have added removable EVA footbeds. The nice thing about a removable footbed is that if you need additional support, you can take it out and buy yourself some orthotic inserts, or just clean these when you need to. That part is totally up to you!
Undoubtedly, some of the men you work with make your life more difficult than it needs to be. Protect your feet from "accidents" with aluminum safety toe caps in these EH boots. They're a lighter weight than steel, but protect your feet from impacts from above. The advantage of aluminum is obvious - the light weight puts less strain on your legs.
Polyurethane (PU) internal metguards also protect your feet from impact from above. When there's an accident, you can't be sure that whatever's falling will hit your toes. Metguards sit atop your feet and protect the delicate top bones from injury. When you wear these aluminum toe boots, your feet are largely covered from injury.
Other safety features include non-metallic shanks and an electrical hazard (EH) rating. EH-rated shoes provide a secondary level of protection against electrical accidents on the job. If you're standing close to an open electrical circuit, this Carolina footwear provide more protection than non-EH-rated shoes.
Inside the soles, non-metallic shanks help the women's footwear break appropriately when you step. This provides additional comfort to you. The soles that the shanks sit in are rubber. Rubber outsoles are durable and provide excellent traction on all sorts of surfaces. They're great on construction sites, on road construction sites, and on poured concrete.
The rugged outsoles are attached to the uppers using cement construction. That's the same sort of construction method used in athletic shoes. It's durable, provides a barrier against water, and is very lightweight. For you, the upshot is lightweight, dry leather boots that are made to last.
At your job, you've got enough obstacles to deal with. Instead of buying some small-sized men's boots and trying to prove you're one of the guys, buy a pair of women's boots that are designed for your needs. Choose a pair of Carolina Women's CA1428 Aluminum Toe 5 Inch Internal Metguard Work Boots. Click and order yours today!

For a pair of work boots, these are one of the most comfortable I've ever worn!...

I started a new job and had to have steel toe metatarsal work boots. Usually they are very stiff and normally rubs the top of your feet where the steel toe is. These Carolina boots don't! They are one of the most comfortable pair I have ever worn. I am really glad I bought these. Now we will see how they hold up!

I needed secure footwear that I could stand in all day 12 hours a day.
These boots are comfortable and they are high enough to keep my ankle stabilized while I bend, reach and twist.
These boots are warm though, so I recommend socks that wick away moisture.
They are true to size.
I have plantar faciitis and I get inserts that I replace every week. These boots have remained comfortable longer than any other footwear I have tried.

Nice boot, true to size....
My wife has to have met guard boots for her job. She needs a wide shoe and has difficulty finding shoes that fit properly. She has been very happy with these boots. They fit true to size, minimal break in time, and have been overall comfortable. She also likes the internal met guard. Would recommend to others. Will probably buy another pair when the time comes.
