These athletically-styled work shoes are made with white full-grain leather. Black trim and laces pop against the leather, which is easy-to-clean and naturally resistant to wind and water. Leather is a natural substance that's as flexible as it is durable. Abrasion-resistant, airy nylon was used in the lining.
The cushioning insoles are removable so they may be cleaned at any time. Made with shock-resistant polyurethane, the insoles support and soften steps so your feet will feel less pain. The insoles cushion your feet at the bottom even as the thickly-padded collar and tongue cushion feet from the top. A layer of EVA foam in the midsole adds a lightweight core of shock-absorption.
The rubber soles are slip-resistant and rated as SD Type 1 footwear. By their static-dissipative nature, the rubber soles won't gather a lot of static energy that may harm electronic equipment. Sponge rubber heel wedges add impact-resistance to the heel strike area. The oil-resistant rubber is protected against harmful corrosive chemicals.
Converse C4600 Men's White Athletic Work Shoes are security-friendly, made completely without metal. The protective toe caps, rated ASTM F2413-05 class M I/75 and C/75 for impact- and compression-resistance, are made with composite material.
