Made with 12 ounce, 100% cotton duck, this tough jacket is more wind- and water-resisting than standard cotton clothing. Duck is tightly woven and very durable, still soft to the touch and machine-washable.
Polyfill nylon, 6 ounce material, was used to create the lining. This yarn-based fabric creates a warming, insulating later to lock out the cold. The hood has a dyed-to-match drawcord, so you can pull it close to your skin to further block winter weather.
The cuffs and waistband are rib-knit, not just for strength but for a stretchy fit that keeps your warmth where you need it - inside. Even the front pockets can serve as hand-warmers. The pockets are designed for easy embroidery additions.
