The Devon & Jones D670W Women's Creme Isla Short Sleeve Camp Shirt has taken all those imperfections and erased them to create a ladies’ version of the classic button-up. It's always the same story: men come up with something, women find a way to make it better.
This Devon & Jones D67W collared, creamy white shirt is made with a tone-on-tone fabric design. This method creates a pretty, pearl-like lustre. Two kinds of fabric (66% rayon, 34% polyester) have been woven together in a bedford cord.
Bedford cord is a little hipper than corduroy, though just as hard-wearing. The rayon is what gives the shirt its shiny, silky look and feel. Polyester adds wrinkle-resistance to keep the shirt looking fashionable and fresh.
The coconut buttons add a touch of tropical, casual style. But it's not just about art -- coconut buttons are very durable. Front bust darts help tailor the shirt so it will flatter the female shape. The shirt hangs well, and looks great both tucked in or out and loose. Side vents add extra moving room, so you're free to twist and move naturall. There's also a back yoke, with center box pleat, to create a loose, comfortable fit.
The sleeves are made with open-hem construction, so the lining and outer fabric are independent of each other. This construction method gives arms a full, free range of motion. The rolled sleeve cuffs have an attractive, finished edge.
