Dickies Boots: Men's DW7515 Black Non Slip Oil Resistant Challenger Boots
Keeping your feet dry can mean the difference between all-day comfort and all-day irritation, and Dickies Men's Black DW7515 6 Inch Challenger Work Boots will keep whatever splashes your feet out of your socks. These sharp, all-black work boots have great features that fit a variety of jobs, whether you work in a kitchen or out on the field.
The full grain leather uppers of these Dickies boots are easy to maintain and ideal for an industrial setting. Resistant to both abrasion and to water, full grain leather is durable and long-lasting. The collar and tongue are padded for additional comfort and protection. Inside these Challenger boots, the full grain leather’s high moisture absorption capabilities pairs with the moisture-wicking performance fabric that lines the work boots completely to keep your feet as dry as possible.
The cushioned polyurethane insole of these oil-resistant boots combines with a direct injected polyurethane midsole for a lightweight, shock absorbing work boot that will help prevent foot-fatigue. The light foam of polyurethane gives you more than cushioning. In the winter, the polyurethane will help keep your feet warm, and in the summer, it’s breathable for comfort in the heat. The injected polyurethane also provides an extremely strong, watertight seal between the uppers and the sole.
The TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) outsole of these Challenger boots is not only slip- and oil-resistant , but is resistant to solvents and the chemical breakdowns water can cause as well. If you’re working in a kitchen, you’ll know how important a feature this can be. Most restaurants even require slip-resistant shoes, and in Dickies Men’s Black DW7515 6 Inch Challenger Work Boots, you’ll be more than covered.

These boots are pretty good. I like carhartt and timberland boots but for a low priced boot it is surprisingly comfortable. The slip resistant factor could be a little better. The oil resistance works well as the material is slick. It Almost looks like a dress shoe. The laces are pretty stout. The arch is not too high. They are not very breathable compared to other boots but still pretty good for the price.

comfy but noticeabley heavier ,really!...

These boots were purchased through my employer, so cost me less than retail, about $70. They are comfortable no question. My job requires Mega endurance, all day, every day, as I fill "sales routes" for associates (21 full service textile routes, Linens, towels uniforms, maintenance supplies etc. each route is 700-1000 items). I move very quickly in order to complete my tasks by end of 10 hr day, so I needed comfy boots(steel T). I noticed wait difference immediately, however, realized these were heavier than last pair of Die Hard Sneaker style ankle high shoes (steel T), these were by far lighter, however, I sacrificed comfort( long term daily wear) & width of there widest pair were too narrow,& in short term wear I suffered incredibly severe pain in my little or #5 toe on both feet. Overall I'm satisfied, however, after 4 hrs of work, my legs had had it, & it & I had 6hrs to go. Very difficult, much exhausted.
