Dickies Pants: Men's Dark Navy WP873 DN Slim Straight Work Pants
Sure you want to look good, but you've got a full-time job and things to do when you get off work. Who has time for stain treatments, ironing boards and laundry? Choose the Dickies Pants WP873 DN Slim Straight Dark Navy Work Pants, and you'll have more time to yourself and some really good work pants that will make you look and feel great on the job.
These slim, straight fit work pants are built to look great without requiring a lot of effort from you. The permanent crease keeps these Dickies looking sharp without the aid of an iron, while a wrinkle-release finish keeps the rest of the pants looking wrinkle free without extra effort... other than getting them out of the dryer in a reasonable amount of time. It's not a perfect plan, but its close.
The slacks are made of an 8.5 ounce twill blend of 65% durable polyester and 35% natural, airy cotton. This gives you the right mix of breathable comfort and durability, for pants that need little attention beyond wearing and enjoying. A stain-release finish helps most stains to wash out in the wash.
Sitting slightly below the waist for a lower rise, these Dickies wear as well as they wash. Longer tunnel belt loops fit most belts so you can pair these with whichever accessories you wish. Sure, you want to look good. That's why you wear Dickies WP873DN Slim Straight Dark Navy Work Pants.

Not so slim but work...
There aren't really many work pants out there claiming a slim fit, and I understand that the world of work pants is probably a fairly baggy world to begin with. I still had a pretty good chuckle when I put these on and witnessed some designer at Dickies' understanding of the term 'slim fit.' This would clearly be a relaxed, casual fit if it were any of the other pants in my wardrobe. Still, if it's the slimmest pair of Dickies pants offered, it's what I'm stuck with. I wear between a 29 and 30 waist typically, depending on the maker and where the pants sit. These are only available down to 30, and that fits quite loose around my waist, so I would say they run large in addition to not being a particularly slim fit. They are tough pants, though.

Love these pants!...
I was in need of a durable work pant that wasn't so baggy. I needed something that was somewhat form fitting, durable, and comfortable. I decided to try these slim straights out, and I now cannot work without them! I like this style of pant because it is form fitting, stain resistant, durable, comfortable, and fairly breathable. Although they state that they are slim and straight, they still give you enough room to bend, squat, and lift anything without tearing or bunching up.

OK At Best...
If you want a pair of khaki-type work pants (not jeans, in other words), these are ok for the money. They wear well, better than your average pair of chino-type slacks, which is about the most that can be said for them. Stylish, they're not. The waist band tends to roll. Otherwise, they're reasonably comfortable, though I would not go so far as to call them "slim." Dickies offers work clothes that wear well and are reasonably priced. I have two pair of these that I use as painters pants. They're spattered as all hell by now, but they're still holding together after several years, which is more than I can say for much more expensive khakis that I've owned.
