These Athletic Oxfords have a removable EVA cushion insert with sponge rubber heel wedges and a Tailex lining. (Tailex is a waterproof material similar to Gore-Tex.) The soles are slip resistant and have a Viper Grip Rubber Bottom, so you know you're safe when you have to dash down the hall to deliver a last-minute report. The toes are soft, not steel reinforced, so they're lighter and cooler than some other work shoes.
