Skechers: Slip-Resistant Slip-On Black Oxford Shoes 76083BWXV

I've been wearing these for about a year which is typically how long the average shoe lasts me in my work. It has held up well to soil, concrete, mud, stone blocks etc, and is surprisingly resistant to letting water in. It's a little tougher on the inside than I would have liked but after breaking it in it worked well for the extreme outdoor construction conditions that I work in.

It's not easy to find real good steel toe slip on work shoes for women. If I could, I would get a mens shoe in size 5, but that's not easy either.

I would recommend it only to those who require something quite rugged to take constant abuse as a daily wearer if they are prepared to break it in.

The exterior, while they are quite beat up looking is still holding up to the daily abuse... it's that hard interior that seems to have worn first surprisingly enough. The lining at the back and bottom of the heel are wearing off and exposing the interior of the shoe.

If I don't find another pair of steel toes that I like, I may get these again along with some moleskin to protect my sensitive toes from the initial breaking in process.

I'll look at Carolina brand shoes first though.

Sides seemed high hitting ankles BUT they are fine now after 1 week. They have the most shock absorbing sole I have seen. Leather quality seems par. Made in China.

What a great pair of shoes! They feel great and I don't have to mess with laces. I wait tables in large hotel chain, and have never had a more comfortable soft shoe.
Just the right amount of support.

Horrible shoe. Took weeks weeks to break in. Broke after 4 months of use. Not the best slip resistant either. next time just pay a little more and forget sketchers. Mediocre brand.

Worst shoes I've owned to date. After 5 months I've completely destroyed the back of each shoe just from it rubbing against the area above my heel. They took forever to break in. After a 10 hour day my feet ache and are incredibly tender. New insoles did not even help. I wouldn't buy these again.
