“I just spoke to your customer service rep Hope and wanted to tell you what a great job she is doing! I had a issue with an order that I placed that was put on back order and subsequently cancelled by another rep. She informed me by email that my order for my Tactical pants were canceled. I never asked that they be canceled but this other rep took it upon herself to cancel it. I was upset to hear that the easy way out was to cancel my order.
