These Georgia boots are made with CC5 polyurethane footbeds constructed with two densities. That's two layers of shock-absorbing polyurethane that give you cushioning softness and hard-wearing durability. Ergonomic arch support is integrated into the design so muscles don't have to work overtime. Perforations on the bottom of the footbeds encourage air flow that keeps your boots ventilated and cool.
Feet need softness and strength everywhere else, too. That's where the 6-inch, full-grain leather comes in. The crazy horse brown leather is wear-resistant and tough against the weather, but it's also softly pliable and comfortable. These men's work boots are made with the Georgia waterproof system, which gives you 100% leak-resistance.
Midsoles made with impact-absorbent polyurethane add a durable layer of shock-resistance to cushion steps. The PU is flexible, so it doesn't just cushion steps but makes them more comfortable, too. The non-marking rubber soles are made with Georgia's suspension system technology. Designed with suspended center lugs 1mm from the outsole plane, these soles are slip-resistant and made to grip floors and soften stepping impact. The Georgia Boot soles transfer energy into the polyurethane midsoles, returning it to your feet.
The PIVOT POD technology is placed in strategic locations to keep your outsoles lasting longer. The abrasion-resistant protection doesn't affect the oil-resistance that keeps the soles safe against corrosive chemicals. The soles meet ASTM F2413-05 standards of electrical hazard resistance, so they'll absorb electricity to protect you against hazards.
