Starting with trademarked Hydro-Defense technology, Rockport Works boots provide complete waterproof protection for your feet. Hydro-Defense combines all the protection of Hydro-Shield waterproof leather, seam sealing, and a waterproof insole board with a full waterproof bootie. An extra-wide toe won't constrict and gives you room to move.
Inside these fully-waterproof boots, you'll find several features designed to keep your feet comfortable and ready to work all day. The 100% non-metallic construction is lined with Moisture-Wicking Nylon Mesh and has a removable EVA Cushion Insert with adiPRENE. adiPRENE is a heel-cushioning technology manufactured by Adidas. This technology inside the waterproof boots helps to reduce the harmful effects of continuous impact on the heel. adiPRENE technology provides great cushioning and support at the moment of impact, and it also absorbs the shock of impact and disperses that energy throughout the boot body. adiPRENE may reduce the likelihood of injuries that result from constant impact. “I have been an internet customer of many companies, but I have to say that my experience with The Working Person's Store has been the best I have ever encountered. About a month ago when I had a short time-frame to acquire some women's steel-toed boots, after numerous trips to many stores, I unfortunately found that such footwear is almost impossible to find, even in Metropolitan Washington/Baltimore. I was a little skeptical at first of your website, since I had never heard of it before, but you seemed to offer the widest selection and had all the brands and sizes to choose from in women's boots. With the short time-frame I had, I ordered 5 pairs, not knowing at all how the sizing ran or what the comfort of each would be. Since you advertised that you would accept returns on them, I ordered a bunch, knowing I would return all but one pair. Finally, after a second order in a smaller size of the boot I liked the best, I have a wonderful pair of boots. Your ordering process, return process, and refund process have been the best I have ever experienced in on-line stores. Thank you for your quality, speed of service, and easy-to-use web site. I was even more impressed when I recently received a hand-addressed envelope with my refund slip in it. Wow... I will recommend you to everyone and you certainly will hear from me again when I need another pair of boots.
