The Danner 15528 Mens Vandal GTX 8-inch Alloy Toe WB Work Boots are the only boots you will need to take you from before sunrise to after sunset.
The Danner Vandal GTX has a antique (brown) full-grain 8-inch leather upper with a black abrasion resistant rand encircling the boot where the most wear occurs. The boots have a 100% waterproof Gore-Tex liner. Gore-Tex wicks perspiration away from your feet and at the same time moisture does not penetrate the waterproof membrane.
The alloy toe meets ASTM F2413-05 I/75 C-75 standards. The Vandal GTX is also Electrical HElectrical Hazard rated. TERRA FORCE(tm) technology gives you exceptional support and stability without adding excessive weight to these work boots. The four components of the TERRA FORCE(tm) system combine to form an extremely rigid, stable platform that is also comfortable and supportive.
Danner uses the Fatigue Fighter footbed in the Vandal GTX for all day comfort. The toe is flexible for ease when bending as well as an Achilles pad for additional comfort. The Vandal Vibram outsole is slip- and oil-resistant.
