The Danner 16005 Workman GTX Alloy Toe Work Boots feature full-grain leather uppers that work to resist abrasions and damage. The triple needle stitching adds a touch of style to the boots. The stitch down construction is completely durable, as well as replaceable. That means when the cushioned Vibram Duralogical outsoles become too worn or damaged, you can easily replace them while keeping the uppers that you worked so hard to fit your feet perfectly.
These Workman boots allow for exceptional strength, durability and sturdiness, keeping your feet comfortable and free from injury. The alloy toes are much lighter than steel toes, but still provide you exceptional protections since they meet ASTM F2413-05 M I/75 C/75 EH steel toe standards. Additionally, they are Electrical Hazard rated and are manufactured with non-conductive electrical shock resistance in the soles and heals.
The 100% waterproof Gore-Tex membrane is extremely lightweight and breathable, providing you with supreme water resistance while still allowing moisture produced from your feet to escape.
The Fatigue Fighter footbeds are perfect for people who work on their feet for extended periods of time. They are deeply padded, along with the outsoles, so you can comfortable work for hours. We had to do a return for another size but were working with a narrow time frame for my daughter who needed the boots for a missions trip to Zambia, Africa.
