The Work One dual density rubber and polyurethane outsoles feature a long wearing rubber exterior and a softer and cushioning center to make these outsoles lighter and more comfortable. These long wearing soles are attached with Goodyear Welt construction which will allow you to resole these met guard boots. Also, these soles are non-marking and feature oil and slip resistance. The soles feature a rocker last which means the soles are designed to provide you forward thrust as you walk.
The full grain leather used to make the uppers of these met guard work boots is flexible and durable. The leather used on these boots have proved to last in difficult work conditions like welding or foundry work. The leather will break in easily and will not feel stiff and heavy.
One the inside you'll enjoy the comfort benefits offered by the Memory Foam footbed and Dri-Lex lining. These work boots are made to be as dry and comfortable as the first time you wore them, every time you wear them!
Beyond comfort and style the Work One E308 also offers protection against common workplace hazards; fallen heavy objects and open circuits. The ANSI Z41 PT99 I/75 C/75 steel toe rating protects your feet from the impact of the heavy objects. The Electrical Hazard rating safeguards you against the open circuits up to 600 volts under dry conditions!
