The Chippewa Steel Toe EH Super Logger is assembled with high-quality Black Odessa full-grain leather uppers, for strength and durability. The shaft is 10" high and has a leather loop to help you get them on, and the reinforced eyelets in the lacing system will keep them secure to your feet. The high leather shaft is great for supporting your feet and ankles in uneven terrain so you won't twist an ankle. This boot provides heavy duty protection in a variety of environments with a steel toe and electrical hazard rating. This boot will protect you from heavy objects falling on your feet, as well as electro-static discharge in high voltage environments.
The aggressive outsole is constructed with Vibram Tacoma Yellow Plug one-piece unit outsole. This outsole is attached with a Goodyear Leather Storm Welt which is stitched not glued, making the soles completely replaceable. The sole of these boots are non-marking, oil-resistant as well as slip-resistant. This gives your feet an extremely comfortable ride because of the material used in the footbed and the lining is designed to cushion high impact areas of your feet. The footbeds are easily removable for cleaning and replacement extending the life of the overall boot.
