Rocky Boots: Men's Composite Toe Gore Tex Vibram EH Logger Boots 6544
Some guys have it so good--when it rains they can't work, so the job stops. But not you. You work no matter what the elements are like--rain, sleet, snow. Seriously--what are you, a mail man? If you're shopping for Rocky Men's Black Gore-Tex Composite Toe EH Logger Boots 6544, we guess you're not delivering mail, but we know you've got a job that's got to deliver no matter what's going on.
These Rocky logger boots offer you excellent features no matter what your job is. Their durable, full-grain, black leather uppers offer great looks and value. Leather is the best material for work boot manufacture since it's tough, and resists water, oils, and abrasion.
Lined with durable Gore-Tex fabric, these Rocky boots are fully waterproof, yet Gore-Tex makes them breathable as well. Gore-Tex is so waterproof that you can walk through a waterfall and your feet would still stay dry (well, that might be an exaggeration). Polyurethane, removable footbeds under your feet pads them and helps shield your soles from rugged surfaces.
These safety toe boots offer you composite toe protection and have an ASTM F2413-05 I/75 C/75 protective toe classification. This means that they protect your feet and toes from impact from above. If something gets dropped near you, you don't have to worry--your composite toe boots have you covered.
Another necessary safety feature offered by this footwear is Electrical Hazard protection. Rocky's boots meet the ASTM F2413-05 Electrical Hazard Standards, meaning that the waterproof boots provide non-conductive, electrical shock resistant soles and heels. They give you a secondary source of electric shock protection against the hazards caused by incidental contact with live circuits, or energized conductors, parts, or apparatus.
When you're in the market for new logger boots, you want to make sure that the soles will last and be useful. These safety toe Gore-Tex boots, with their Vibram 946K outsoles, provide excellent traction on varied surfaces--even cold and wet ones. Even in frigid temperatures, these lightweight Vibram soles will stay flexible. The soles don't have lugs in the arches, so your feet still flex naturally when walking in Rocky work boots soled with this type of Vibram sole.
The Vibram soles are attached to the black boot uppers using Goodyear welt Construction. This construction method attaches the uppers to the outsoles with a thin strip of leather (a welt). Many boot manufacturers use rubber welts, but these have real leather welts. An advantage of this is that leather won't tear, crack or degrade in cold conditions like some rubbers might. The leather welts block water and dirt from entering the soles of the Rocky boots and protect your feet from whatever nastiness you step into. Since Goodyear Welts are easy to replace, when you buy these safety toe logger boots you're buying them for a lifetime.
When you buy Rocky boots, you'll be wearing them for a long time. Rocky Men's Black Gore-Tex Composite Toe EH Logger Boots 6544 offer superior performance, durability and comfort. Order a pair today.

These rocky boots Rock. The composite toe is way better then the old steel toe. Have you ever seen what the steel toe can do to your toes if you happen to have something smash the toe? Google it. It's not pretty. At least with a composite toe you will still have your toes. I spiked these boots and it made them even better for traction on wet logs. After 1 bad fall you learn fast that good equipment is key to your safety.
