You come home from work . . . and entertain the neighbors as you hop around on one foot, taking off boots. It's not easy to lace, unlace and get in and out of boots--unless you're wearing Blundstone 163 Men's Stout Black Premium Oil Tanned Leather Elastic Side Safety Boots. These laceless creations are made to make it easy.
Styled with V-cut uppers for a distinct look, these boots are made with black premium leather. Elastic inserts on each side to create a snug fit. The design is certified for CE safety standards, and the leather is oil-tanned for water-repellency. Kickguard toe leather protection keeps them looking great.
Xtreme comfort polyurethane insoles are removable and easy to clean...not to mention highly shock-absorbent. Poron foam was used in the heel and forepart to create soft, cushioning support.
Steel shanks add supportive strength to reduce fatigue. Part of the SPS Xtra shock protection system, pad comfort zones in foot strike areas create more shock absorption.
Dual-density outsoles are made with thermoplastic polyurethane and injected thermo-urethane, two incredibly resilient materials. The heavy-duty tread (5mm multidirectional) is resistant to abrasions, heat (up to 284 degrees), acid, oils and microbial bacteria.
Ergonomically-engineered toe springs and a broad-fitting toe caps reduce foot fatigue. These safety toes meet ASTM F2413-15 Class 75 safety standards, withstanding up with 147.5 pounds-force foot impact and 3372 pounds force compression. Electrical Hazard protection adds even more safety by soaking up dangerous electrical shock.
