Wolverine 4995 Men's Marcum Brown DuraShocks Steel Toe EH Oxford Shoes have a classic look that may remind you of your Grandfather's Sunday loafers, but don't let that fool you. Wolverine Oxford Shoes are styled with a classic look, but they can handle anything your modern job might dish out.
These low-cut, lace-up oxford shoes are crafted with full-grain leather. Full-grain leather is non-processed, so it retains its natural water-repellency and flexibility. The soft leather is lined with wave mesh material, an airy fabric which helps keep feet ventilated and more sweat-free.
The full-cushion insoles are made with fabric and leather to provide cushioning and soft support. Lightweight polyurethane in the midsole adds a core of impact-resistance.
The DuraShocks soles are held in place with hand-sewn Opanka construction. Opanka construction is an Old World technique which has been used for centuries for one reason: it works. The stitched construction creates a flexible, firm fit to keep your stride smooth and natural.
The soles are made with a slip-resistant tread to keep you steady even on wet, slick floors. Oil-resistance protects the TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane, a durable synthetic leather) from corrosive chemicals.

The soles will soak up as much as 600 volts of electricity, protecting you around open circuits.
