Nautilus Shoes: Men's Steel Toe N1343 ESD Grey/Black Shoes
We bet that when you first discovered you could wear athletic shoes to work, you were excited. But once you realized you had to have "special" sneakers, your excitement probably waned a little. Safety toe shoes, even if they're safety sneakers, wear a certain stigma. Once you see these Nautilus Men's N1343 Steel Toe ESD Grey Work Shoes though, you'll forget everything you thought you knew about safety footwear.
With their fashionable colors and trendy styling, these red, black, and grey shoes look like a pair you'd wear to the gym or the game. These Nautilus shoes are made with nylon and action leather uppers that move with your feet and breathe to keep them comfortable. Inside, removable, anti-fatigue polyurethane insoles keep your feet comfortable and feeling vital all day long. The insoles are resilient and help to fight the long-term effects of walking on hard surfaces. EVA midsoles help with this too, as they absorb shock and cushion your feet all day.
Steel toe caps in these ESD shoes provide the safety protection you need to protect your toes from objects that fall from above or roll from any direction. They shield your toes from things like falling machinery, dropped tools, and other people's feet. The men's shoes meet or exceed ASTM 2413-05 impact/compression ratings.
Often, steel toe shoes aren't enough safety protection for the workplace. If you work in an environment that requires electrostatic dissipative footwear, EDS footwear, you'll be happy to know these slip-resistant shoes are ESD rated. Most regular men's footwear doesn't have this feature, and they allow electrostatic charges to build up in your work footwear (resulting in that predictable shock when you walk across carpet and touch a doorknob). Electrostatic charges can ruin sensitive machinery, so ESD footwear is required by many companies.
These also have durable, slip-, and oil-resistant outsoles that help reduce workplace injuries. Slip-and-fall injuries are the number one type of injuries incurred in American workplaces. The special soles of this Nautilus footwear help reduce injuries and lost time. In addition, they don't have any exposed metal, so they meet scratch-resistant workplace requirements you may have to follow.
If you're lucky enough to be able to wear tennis shoes to work, take advantage of it! Don't settle for boring, plain jane steel toe footwear if you don't have to...instead choose these attractive and fashionable Nautilus Men's Steel Toe N1343 ESD Grey Sneakers.

great for lots of waking...
By: marco c
I work in a warehouse and do a ton of walking. These Nautilus shoes were great from day one. I will be buying a new pair of these when these wear out. They are nice and wide and plenty of room to move my toes or wear thicker socks

Inside fabric at the heel is not very durable!...
By: Andy Johnson
These shoes are comfortable, but very disappointed with the way the inside fabric has just fallen apart around my heel, all the way to the sole. The fabric and padding has torn away and the plastic shell is exposed. BUT, the shoe, prior to this happening is very comfortable. Outer sole is still in great shape. The sole has held up surprising well. I wear a fitbit at work and average 12,000 to 14,000 steps a day. I would buy these again if I knew this issue was corrected. SO, now I'm looking at other brands.
