This 6" work boot has premium oiled full grain leather uppers. This sturdy, abrasion-resistant material is quick to break in and easy to maintain. The boot you buy today will look and feel the same great way further down the road.
Inside these breathable uppers you will find DriLex lining. This technology will wick moisture away to regulate the internal temperature of the boots. The foot chamber of the 309 will keep you dry and comfortable all throughout your day.
For the bottom of your feet Carolina has loaded the Kodiak with trusted technology and dependable design. Let's start with a removable Dryz footbed. At the first sign of perspiration, the cushioning foam will start to absorb the moisture into a gel-like substance. The moisture will completely dissipate when the footwear is removed. Dryz footbeeds will stay dry to the touch each time you put them on.

This footbed has a contoured design that fits your feet. Plus, the Carolina 309 has a metal shank. Both of these features give you arch support. The first gets more cushiony and comfortable as the day wears on. The second has great support all day long while still maintaining torsional rigidity.
Finally, at the very bottom of these boots are rubber soles. These soles are attached with repairable Goodyear Welt construction. Built to last, these soles are non-marking as well as oil- and slip-resistant. Stay upright with these great features!
